Last two year m working here a software developer .gone through good & bad phase of it but office culture and staffs always stands with u

Request ing few people who used to write bad statement without any sense kindly don't do it because few good talents r getting misguided.

Ignore some shit employees reviews of remarks who used to got terminated after assessment or for bad performance stay away from those it will hamper ur career

Having five years in this company I will say one thing lots of flexibility is there for specially women like work from home facilities , more flexibility for exposure

Once you have the experience then when u have a more expectations about hike sometimes u will reach not to that point
