It is a proporitership company. There will not be growth in your career, if you join. There is no ESI and PF. They are importing machineries from China and some machineries manufactured by them. Billing it self horrible to do. Because they do half of the amount in billing rest of the amount will be getting by direct cash to cut off GST. And if you take leave they do cut off your salary. There is no work life balance. Bigger family politics going on. Due to which employees are suffering.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
