...eel like you have worked for free. Communication is terrible between management. During COVID-19, they have put employees on Leave without Pay for 1.5 years almost.

They never paid on time, extremely corrupt, looting employees, making false promises to hire new employees, crew has not been paid the full and final settlement even after 1 year of leaving the organisation.

...ryone wants to join spice jet. I never thought of another airline after joining. Salary was good, layovers used to be fun and hotel property was also good. My journey with SpiceJet was amazing. Thank you so much that you chose me and gave me wings .

Dislike is - they should support their employees in this pandemic situation rather than pushing crew for R&R and imposing silly policies.
