Work culture was terrible because you were constantly expected to be on your toes with extremely short deadlines. There was absolutely no regards for employee welfare or worklife balance, employees were leaving every month, there was no scope of learning or training and there was no platform to express your ideas or experiment with creative freedom. You just got very vague briefs and were expected to act on it. Reflects on the poor management really. You may get your work done but if you don't treat your employees right - you're never going to get qualitative output from people that are miserable working for (since working with is a joke)
