-Worst HR policy ever. -They hold employees' salary often in lieu of any rules whether it applies or not. -Takes a Huge commission on hard-earned money of all employees, so-called service providers. -Never respond to emails & phone calls even employee may be in any situation. -Always play safe, Record every phone call of employee if they pick up the calls, even if they want to talk rudely they call on WhatsApp, so that no recoding may be possible. -don't sign any documents there if you join because they pressure its employees at their reliving by throwing those papers. -In short, these are fraud people -DONT JOIN SPHINX WORLD BIZ ever.

In Kolkata location there is no office of Sphinx . There in only client location. And contact with client. They never informed about the contract.any time they told that your service is over with in 10 to 15 days if client close the contact. Basically they provide man power in voith paper. They told you that work on basis of Design but voith give you the assignment of Excel fill up and basically (PA of Mr. Abhijit chakraborty). And destroy your career..so my suggestion if they offer you to join voith paper please don't go. This decision may hamper your career.

...in third party contract, not responding in emails, they deputed me in Siemens Energy, Vadodara and not given one month salary just because of not clarity in their contract with Siemens Energy, Do not waste your time here.

Strikingly, the salary for May 2023 was received only on May 31, raising questions about the practicality of the stated three-month notice period. Sphinx, in contradiction to its own policies, provided me with only an 18-day notice, leaving me in a challenging position to secure a new job. This abrupt termination has taken a toll on both my financial stability and mental well-being, affecting not only me but also my family. My intention in sharing these details is to shed light on the deceptive practices and unfair treatment I've experienced at Sphinx WorldBiz Ltd., urging others to be cautious when considering employment with this company. Despite reaching out to the HR and the authorized personnel during that challenging time, my efforts were met with a lack of positive response. This further compounded the difficulties I faced, leaving me without the support or resolution that one would expect from an employer.
