...e. No learning, growth and very poor initiatives from Management and Leadership. Salary hikes are very poor for managers upwards.

The hire and fire mode. You get a gig and if Client isn't paying then the employee has no bench-life. Likewise, employees being part of the system and being productive for years are just being fired, reason being financial crunch with no reasonable compensation given to them. That is sad and very poor way of supporting employees. Salary structures are not in benefit for employees. Variable components is just namesake too. Overall it's governed and channelized by folks who are closed knitted with no long-term visions. Their tatic is to bring someone highly qualified even will stretch to meet their compensation, once things get established then fire mode happens. In simple words, nuturing and caring for employees are just empty words there!

Work culture is great with clean office. Extracurricular activities are there. Snacks and beverages are available at office Free cab facility at night shift

No job security No salary hike and other benefits No overtime allowance No nightshift allowance

Financial growth is good here. Moreover, there is never a delay in salary that I have seen ever since i joined them a few years back.

Not Good Salary Hikes & Appraisals. We got recognition from client for two different projects but that is not enough for our reporting manager. I think they don't look even look at the appraisal submission form, they just decide on there one to one relation with the employee.
