What I liked about the company is that they can act as if they are so professional my God you will think it is an American company. Later on you will realise in a month or two that from inside it is worst than a Baniya shop. Kiraane ki dukaan hai. So the way they Act is what I like..FULL MARKS FOR ACTING AND LYING.

Absolutely no job security..Salary except the first 1 or 2 months never on time and then salary is pending for over 6 months. Company has money to open new centres, but no money to pay employees.. They will make u work for free for 6 months then when u get frustrated and leave they will hire someone else in your place..Fukat chhaap company hai. DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY EVEN IF YOU ARE JOBLESS. YOU WILL SPEND MONEY ON TRAVELLING AND PAISA MILEGA NAHI.. Management will make you lie to students and work ethics are so great so great that every minute you have to speak lies...to students , their parents.. the whole administration is built on lies and fake...even students should not JOIN this academy

Nothing for now. Earlier things were nice. Everything is worst now. Earlier there were problems but there was a hope.Current Head (CEO) do not have head and brain. Just boasts about himself but in reality has zero knowledge. Complete fake person and is fooling around. Director is neutral. He was also good earlier but now he has changed and doesn't respect or appreciates his old staff who stood for him in his bad time. He has given a worst exit to her right hand who has sacrificed and work hard for this organisation.

CEO safeguards himself and put everything on us. He runs away when he is needed or any problem come. Director has no say now.

Very good facility for all employees...All employees was good.... helping to eachother...love to work with speed jet aviation....if get chance to work with speed jet aviation will sure work with them...

The company is open to make a career of students in Aviation industry. They want to make the aware about Aviation industry . Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture and backgrounds we work happily in collaboration.
