Third class organization. It's MD Vinay Bothra is very fake guy and he recruites from top MBA colleges at competitive package . Use them for 1 year and ask them to leave all of sudden without any reason. Don't fall in his trap. One local Sales person Shantanu Rana is working from long run on profit sharing basis . I don't recommend any professional guy to join this company .

Job security. No clear job roles and responsibilities. No KPI , no training. There is nothing to like about this organization. I have seen many people who have spoiled their career by joining this organization. You may search on Google and take feedback from old employees of this company

Not give proper respect to sales persons. They hold FnF final settlement after relieving an employee. Not maintaining good quality in filtration products. Not giving proper response to customer complaints. In some cases, Pune plant head cheats employees and customers.
