Organization gives decent learning opportunities with good incentives on top of fixed salary. Work pressure is moderate to high at times, but overall a healthy & supportive environment.

Dislikes

Trainings are basic. Innovation opportunities can be more.

Likes

Good work environment and flexibility to work from home/office. Seniors are easily approachable and are usually helpful. Most importantly, the quality of work assigned to do was great. I got a lot of exposure hiring for some really big MNCs.

Dislikes

There is work pressure at time and the schedule can become hectic but that's a trade off.

Good place to start your career with. I had the opportunity to learn a lot in terms of recruitment process & to hire for all level & kinds of roles. Incentives are good but can be better.

Dislikes

Better softwares can be used to manage reports easily.
