Lot's of politics in office. Office environment not good. There is no future aspects of company. The growth is too slow. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. They gives me work out of field. Also there is no on job training for newcomers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

Teammates was very good and helpful. I learnt lot of things from my works. Company give me opportunity to do various task. Company given good appraisal every year and financial support also.
