Hard to get such Director like Mr. Anuj G. Lele. However, company culture is very good, in time salary, job security: sometimes I feel good sometimes not.. carrier growth is here. training is well. Learning a lot.. politics is there too. I use to travel a lot. That's why no work life balance for me there.

Nothing to be liked. Incapable person heading the company.

...ars. If you want to waste your career you can work here. Salaries are very poor. People working from 15-17 years having salary of 25k. There always threat to your job. No support. No training. Full pressure work.

Head heavy company. Zero business acumen. You may not get your money even after doing full job and meeting targets. No respect. Bakwaas work culture. Avoid joining this company. Your job can be terminated even in less than a week, all depends on the perception of MD.

It's a good company to start our career as company allow us to work independently and will give the opportunity to explore our skills at the fullest. It's very easy to connect with management. They are very supportive. Teammates are like Family member without any internal issues. I heavily recommend this company to fresher who want to explore their skills at fullest All the best
