Work life balance is best here. The packages company offering, the extra bonus, gifts that makes every employee feels good. I am learning new things in every single day that is the best thing here. Once can get opportunity to work in multiple domains/technologies.

I can see more gap between two departments. like development team with sales team and same for another teams. Other than that, I an feeling best environment here.

Working with Spearline, seems pretty good, till this date I am writing this, Best Practices and SOP's are established, The culture made is very equal: for All, there's nothing like bossiness, HR are really "Hard Working" and I quote that :) Geographically spread small but difinitive team doesn't seems little. Very focused to the tools provided to the employees and are given good ones. Mostly I like: *Hybrid Working Mode. *Employee centric policies. *Quick Decision Making by Management. *Work Life Balanced Culture. That's all for me!

I will just cut it short to below things: *Inter Team Communication. *Work Timings Check, instead of Performance. *No Subsidised Meals or Canteen. *No Transport Benefits. Hopeful for things will improve sooner.

Spearline is Leading intelligence company in Telecom Domain, and Having Saas Based Product Based HQ in Ireland. I liked the Work Culture and Supportive Management Team. they are always Motivating and inspiring us. Company Policies are Employee Friendly and have Remote/ Hybrid Working opportunities, which is providing Work life balance. lot of upcoming opportunities for new Product team will be bring Career Growth and Learning Opportunities as well. and have Performance Based Appraisal/Salaries.

From joining of this company till right now I liked everything as most important thing is taking care of employee and which Spearline do for his all employee's, I'm so pleased to be a part of this company where they are best work culture, company policies, management, security and all my colleagues. While, all the people are so down to earth and always ready to help each other and best HR who understands the employee's situations all the time. Spearline gives benefit of learning new skills for the development of employee's which is the best for me. Lot's of facilities would provide to us. I'm so happy to be a part of this company.
