Work life balance is best here. The packages company offering, the extra bonus, gifts that makes every employee feels good. I am learning new things in every single day that is the best thing here. Once can get opportunity to work in multiple domains/technologies.

Dislikes

I can see more gap between two departments. like development team with sales team and same for another teams. Other than that, I an feeling best environment here.

Company policies are excellent since they have stepped up for remote working policy, There is nice management structure as well and nice office enviornment.

Appraisal is too less as compared to what company growth is being achieved. Considering there was no appraisal since past 2 years, Employees expected more than what it was provided.
