The early days at the company were extremely positive. We fostered a collaborative and supportive work environment. All employees were fully committed and dedicated to the success of organization. It felt like a close-knit, family-like atmosphere, even though the team was relatively small.

Dislikes

After the initial growth phase, the positive work environment began to deteriorate as the employee headcount increased. This led to my decision to leave the organization. However, I'm optimistic that the sparsa team can address any current challenges and restore a productive culture.

Worst company to start your career with, the work environment is like hell with no motivation for work. There is no management as such and you will be held accountable for everything with continuous nagging. No respect for the hardwork and employees.

Company work environment at office location A119 star tower is very cool but in field & Sector 37 factory working culture very disappointing.

Job security is nil. Any time you will be fired without any Vali reason. There could be several invalid causes. Here management are also in self learning mode . Or you can say experimental.

Worst company, Horrible work culture, Don't go by the reviews they are all fake. while recruiting they will lie you about your roles and responsibilities(Technical Support), once you join the company there is no such thing as role in this company, they will ask you to correct their data in the various sheets (4 to 5 sheets at a single time you will have to correct the data), will ask you to map their new installation data in different sheets , Every single day new mistakes and errors are found in their data (You will find yourself working with data every single day), will ask you to find vendors for their company and will even ask you to go in the field for their demo installations and sometimes for field support too, & if they recruit new field executives they will ask you to give training to them while they are on field (on video call) (Most of them even don't know how to scroll up and down through mouse, you will have to tech them that thing too on video call), & the manager is the worst part he will blame and curse you every single day. They can ask you to do anything they want irrespective of your role.
