Dislikes

Mostly the behavior that they have for employees they want employees to work on lunch hours and after office hours. if you work 8 hours continuous with dedication and other employee time pass whole day and works 2-3 hours after working hours they appreciate for working off hours but not you, also if a person doing half of work you doing you both treated as same. unnecessary pressure building and keep the work until the last day and when last day come they want you to complete 1 month work in one day even they got the work 1 month earlier they gave you on last day when i has to be delivered, and the most hideous thing is if you speak up then they gave you threat that when they receive call for verification from your previous company they gave negative feedback from you and destroy your career their directors words. if you have weak heart don't go their .
