There is not much a thing to like culture is pathetic I would suggest not to get into the company.

Dislikes

No culture just a lala company. Try to join any other company but not here since you will not be getting your salary hike and late payment for everything. No system for anything at all. If you are a bootlicker to the boss then you might get benefits only.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
