In my tenure at Sparkout Tech Solutions, the standard office hours from 9 AM - 7:30 PM have been challenging, and the salary hikes have not met my expectations. Occasionally, there's a perception of nepotism, which, if addressed, could contribute to a more balanced and inclusive workplace.
