The company is open to innovation & readily adopts latest technology. I always involved in the development of higher segment projects.

Dislikes

Compensation is not decent. There are no standard for offering the compensation to the new employee. I observed lack of professionalism in the organisation.

Initially salary hike is good while joining the organization. Corporate office campus is good.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is poor. Annual appraisal is not as per market standard. Internal processes and decision making is very slow. No coordination among departments.

Other unites of minda is inspiring to work in exact unit location , because whole spark minda group is not bad but the wiring harness culture not that much good I have to start my career and I had learn so many things from minda

Dislikes

Salary were so so low No appreciation No promotion No good culture

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
