Nothing great to say. Its barely average company to join. HR trying to bring new policies but they dont have any say. HR also keep changing.

Dislikes

... will demand great things from you but no great projects to work no recognition. They will increase salary of favourite people anytime. Some people have no work and enjoy good time and some people keep slogging. No project management process followed. Tried reaching HR but they are also leaving.

Good learning in technical work and maintaining in machinery knowledge

Experience workers salary is low and new workers salary is High so working time experience workers are not put in more than effort in work

Other unites of minda is inspiring to work in exact unit location , because whole spark minda group is not bad but the wiring harness culture not that much good I have to start my career and I had learn so many things from minda

Salary were so so low No appreciation No promotion No good culture

1. System design for better improvement. 2. Great opportunity to proof yourself in short terms.

1. Late duty culture. 2. Toxic behaviour. 3. Contractual salary is less. 4. Employee valuation is not matter

Creation of culture with respect to emerging market. Behavior of promotors with the employees, Location of office, opportunities within the group. Different events organized by HR

Dislikes

Organization structure and manpower approval for down the line structure. Salary breakup which leads to more income tax. Some policies e.g. OYOC, Local Conveyance, Travel inland etc.
