Experience workers salary is low and new workers salary is High so working time experience workers are not put in more than effort in work

Creation of culture with respect to emerging market. Behavior of promotors with the employees, Location of office, opportunities within the group. Different events organized by HR

Organization structure and manpower approval for down the line structure. Salary breakup which leads to more income tax. Some policies e.g. OYOC, Local Conveyance, Travel inland etc.

If you working in spark minda there is no future growth and no salary growth in this company. It's just for new student who need job for limited time. There is no security of job anytime they can give break or hold.
