Useless planning stuff. Useless top management giving pressure till bottom people in the name of result even when they are clearly aware . Suicidal for career and mental peace. Never join this company.

Compensation is Ok.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow and the work pressure is very high. most of the time it is very difficult to call get the time on weekly off. Management speaks in the rubbish language to their employee. There is no work life balance, No innovation, Mangement doesn't have clarity what to do so the employee is doing the same job repeatedly. No good atmosphere. Job security is also not there.
