...ironment and culture. Teammates are so supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow and the work pressure is very high. most of the time it is very difficult to call get the time on weekly off. Management speaks in the rubbish language to their employee. There is no work life balance, No innovation, Mangement doesn't have clarity what to do so the employee is doing the same job repeatedly. No good atmosphere. Job security is also not there.

...and culture. Teammates are not Supportive and the management is not transparent. Appraisal are not fair and they not give good salary hike but they give bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is no decent offer letter and play slip not matching at all they offer something and they give something and there is a no career growth in Organization. Only they want to staff work like donkey there is no humanity in management.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
