I worked for two years, including one year on a client project. Despite my contributions, there were no salary hikes or bonuses, which was demotivating. Management communication was poor and inconsistent, leading to confusion. The company lacked career development opportunities and sufficient training programs. Additionally, the workload was overwhelming, resulting in poor work-life balance. While there are talented individuals at the company, these critical issues made my overall experience disappointing.
Recently work culture has become worse because of micromanagement.
No job security
Different company policies for different persons (changes accordingly)
No professional ethics
No training provided
Hired as a web Python developer but they assigned me to the embedded department
Terrible work-life balance
Fake promises before joining
HR is just a puppet to higher management
3 months notice period
1. Salary is low
2. No compensation for extra working hours
3. Due to long working hours and working under immense pressure from client, my health has been affected badly.
4. one of the worst managements I have seen so far, as management doesn't address our issues
5. No skill training provided, so very little scope for learning on job; because I was hired for Python automation, but on client project, it's just manual testing
6. Also, lot of politics on client project; as the other organisation employees are constantly putting blame on us for any bug on production. Still, our management doesn't care about us and they don't raise our concerns.
7. There is no respect to us employees for our services provided. We have been subjected to rude and unprofessional behaviour by the client side several times while working on the project
8. Terrible work life balance
...ty - once the contract ends, company will send you out.
3.HR/Mgmt is worst.
4.Never ever go for annual component in salary. You will not get even it is promised for 100%.
5. They do not give notice period salary. They will delay in name of full and final settlement.
6.They will send you out of company without letting you serve the notice period. and will ask you for notice period salary in full and final settlement. The will deny the releiving letter if you do not pay. Its kind of extortion racket in name of company.
7.They do all type of cheating with employee and ruin the life and career of employee who is leaving the company.
Please do not join this company as you will lose your peace of mind.
...sation for weekend works and extra hours. Doesn't care about employees concerns. less pay. Bond for experienced as well. Huge money you have to pay if you break the bond. All are minus . Better to close this company instead of playing with the ppls life
