I worked in spandana 5.8 years but my salary with variable 3.2 lak per anum in my side give small suggestion for management please think about old employees for salaries hike so many employees completed in spandana 4 or 5 years but salaries 3 to 3.5 lak per anum they didn't get any holes and pramotion for that senior employees in freshers giving 3 laks above in that freshers don't have any experience but giving salaries 3 lakhs above what is the difference about experienced employees and freshers both are getting same salaries I am requesting think about senior employees

If you hate your family join spandana sphoorty, No family No week off, only begging infornt of borrowers houses. You can enjoy 24/7 beeging shiftm.... Very wonderfull to work with senior management ... They treat you like a begger infornt of temple... One and only worst never ever after company...

They give you salary like throwing biscuits to dog that too half biscuit....

There is salary and appraisal are done with comfortable and learning some trick to crack the any uncomfortable situation.how to over come from pressure.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Only Job security. Bad projects and no future prospects after working here, so they are looking for manual workers.

No hike, politics, unprofessional behaviour, difficult getting leaves, expected to stay late and work after officr hours
