The salary and appraisal structure is good at S.P.A.G Consultants.

Dislikes

The senior management should be more involving towards the candidates joining at junior level. The work balance is not structured. Few employees are assigned with too many work, whereas other work at leisure. In case one is looking for exposure and learning, S.P.A.G is the right option. Teammates are supportive but favoritism is high.

Salaray was decent.

Dislikes

Very bad work environment especially at Mumbai's office. Top management never valued individual's unique strength. They were always induldged in politics and criticing everyone. Not a good place to work.
