They did provide me appointment letter and my 15 days salary. When they realised I would not be able to fit in the job profile offered by the company. They threatened me. This is not a worth company to work with guys. Think twice before joining

Less salary and won't recognise the hardwork did by the employee. Very strict timing and judge your work by web tracker. Make us do extra time when there was flood in vadodara. Hr behaviour is not good and very stubborn. Less salary by market standards.

- Harassing when you put resign. Also they will block your 3 months of salary. - No appraisal. - Micro Management - Calling on every first Saturday for fun activities but actually they’re calling for work.

I don't think so there is single point I can gave to spaculus about working with them.

Team leader's behaviour is worst and childish. Micromanagement on peak.you can not work by yourself.they will tell you what work you should have to do and submit the reports daily which is bifurcated hourly efforts. I don't think so I ever recommend this company to anybody.
