Just for learning space consultant is good to work but not for long term because salary offering is very less.

...re very helpful for the employees. Medical leaves are available for emergencies. Leave without pay is also available for bulk leaves if required.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I do receive appreciation emails from my client. Also, there are on-job training fr freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step. Here 6 days working in a week that is too hectic.

I joined this company as a SA trainee recruiter 2 years ago. When I came here, I was a fresher but the CEO of this company, Mr Mandeep Gupta, who is a very humble, kind & supportive person, gave me a chance by hiring me in his company. He is the person who gives opportunity to many freshers like me to learn and grow in his company and also teaches himself very well. I learned a lot from him and today allhamdullilah I am the branch manager of Uttar Pradesh Bulandshahr team in this company.
