When I came here, I was a fresher but the CEO of this company, Mr Mandeep Gupta, who is a very humble, kind & supportive person, gave me a chance by hiring me in his company. He is the person who gives opportunity to many freshers like me to learn and grow in his company and also teaches himself very well. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. Ido receive appreciation emails from my client.
