SPA has changed its name to Arete Securities Ltd. Its a very good organisation. i learned so many skills from here. I am working as an institutional Equity Dealer . especially Mr. kamal Somani (MD), Mr. Rohan kulkarni sir and Mr. Kaushik sir are very helpfull and co-operative. They respect and appreciate talent. Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
