Dislikes

Pseudo growth as in - your salary will grow but even after 15 years you'll be doing the same work. Pathetic work culture in sales- Promotion is not at all KRA driven but upon managers discretion Transfer policy totally unfriendly to all even high performing employees Bureaucratic nature of work with no power to an employee - you just communicate what seniors have told- and even share the blame of others. Leave approval even for genuine reasons is questionable Long working hours 9-9 almost daily Saturday - holiday is a hoax.

Job security and salary is at par with industry.

Dislikes

Getting a team lead role is really difficult in maruti. You don't get promotion even if you have a telent. There experience and age at times is given a priority over telent. Your colleague who is 1 year senior to you may be given a better grade just to promote him (eve. Though you both belongs to same group)

The best behaviour with staff members and if uh want to earn much more and you are fresher then just move forward to it

- Employee benefits - YoY hike & Variable pay - Good for beginners for their learnings and automotive exposure - Highly encouraged for doing innovative stuffs - Person who want to stabilise financially, MSIL is a good option (decide based on the dislikes section)

- Worst Work culture - Company culture won't fit for experienced persons - Top level management is highly conservative and show Arrogance attitude - Weakened HR department - High level of Micro Management - Top management people won't consider you as an employee rather a slave - Hierarchical mindset - Leader/boss delegate the pressure (from their seniors) to all levels - Played good & bad cop game during notice period - Located in the highly air and water polluted region (not preferable for who have lungs related disease, more prone to PM2.5 further may reduce their lifespan) The above points were experienced personally for the tenure of 5 years. I hope this review may save atleast one person from toxic environment.
