They do hiring only from selected colleges, And there are many good colleges but students are not hired from there, they hire mostly people from Haryana state but only 20% are hired from other states.

The work culture is beyond horrible. We sit at office till night 2 pm with tremendous pressure. The current manager at Chennai might create another similar EY story, the way he is putting pressure on the team. He doesn't care about weekends or even leaves taken for death ceremony of family, he will make sure you do not have life outside office.

As an intern you can learn many things there in any field you want to do job and you can learn about different processes of different departments.

Dislikes

Many of the senior employees are diploma passout and they are at higher positions and do not take their work seriously and give them to their junior and they are looking for some interns.
