Company is good , Management is good, but sales head who manages marketing, pre-sales, sales,CRM and all locations etc etc etc etc of Company will give false commitment about leads and asks for bookings and will terminate and MD sir is really good but he will not come to know about this... Likes

They never treated staffs and even customers in a dignified manner. Salary, Bonus, incentives, payouts etc...are like never to be on time and they deduct even 60% of the pay by getting us foolish reasons.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
