Nothing to say regarding working culture and job satisfaction, but there small drawback with salary part, I hope in future it will be on track also one suggestion, need fix appraisal time Rest all good.

There is no career growth, from past 1 year there are giving only 75% salary worst management,Since work progress is very slow you won't get to learn much. Partiality in salary payment between site team and office team,Less increament

Give sa very good platform to showcase your talent and teammates are very supportive you have many areas of work to explore.

There is lot politics and salary scale is very low frequency of hikes is too high even though you have good performance.

Worst company don't enter and spoil your life. No salary hike, no career growth, they don't know the work ethics. worst managers they support only buckets. If the company keep this type of managers will never growth.

There is a lot of politics and the management is worst, salaries not paying properly, it's a worst company no one employees is happy except buckets in the company, I am suggesting don't come and fell into the hell. in my five years career no increments nothing only work no growth here please think 1000times before entering to here I am writing less here if you want to know more join and experience....
