They play with employees Salary and employees life, no proper management, Salary will not paid properly, they Wont respond to the employees…they will play with employees career, no requirements for employees, no motivation from manager

Overall is very good and salary is on always time and incentives also

But work culture & hygiene is very poor They hire only females that's too awkward There's only one female on upper level rest are males

Salary on time. You will get more chances to know about different technologies for which a recruiter should work.

Terrible culture. Putting under pressure is their hobby. Worst work life balance. No training for freshers. 0% job security. They expect 100% productivity from freshers. Blame all the bad things on employees and no appreciation when they do something good.

They give us salary , incentives , onboard On a time and there is in a month 2 pad leaves and TL very manageable and understating Overall its good company

There is no facilities for women’s hygiene sometimes water supply its not there and they do nothing about it its big issue there . They hired only females only TL r males or 1 senior female in delhi locations rest of r only. Females there .

Worst company ever, 0% job security, Toxic work culture, Management work is only copy and paste nothing else and they hired you at a fixed salary but give you only 4 k-5k if you work good or bad. they have their budget. Demand we work in this company is C2H role for only 6 months and max budget is 4.5 with have experience of 3 years and oxford level communication they want. seriously oh god and even the CEO of company-- firstly I will say that to him go and learn some manners from your mother. Charity my foot. He say to my one of the collages that if you are not happy with salary leave it we don't gave open charity show here. Imagine he say this in the meeting. If you want to make your life hell and toxic and want to hell like experience . welcome to the SourceOne.(I left my job in 2 Jan )
