Professional working environment, in case of any issue the senior management is very helpful. One can expect great work-life balance with 5 days of working days. I needed leaves for a few days for a minor operation, it was immediately granted to me. Communication is encouraged and Senior editor or senior management in Toronto can be reached out anytime. Supportive and elaborate team training to ensure each employee is on the same page. In case, of any mistake which is natural for anyone, there is no putting people down or critiquing them, instead people are taught again. HR department is also very responsive, work from home is a breeze with such supportive colleagues. These are little things, but it matters a lot when you are working in a company.

While the job roles present a great opportunity to learn new things, one of the downsides is that the salary is rarely ever on time. There are times when half the month has passed but no one has any idea when the salary will be disbursed. Also, there is a huge communication gap between the Indian and Canadian management and the employees and often they fail to address important issues when focusing on other things.

...urity is there, growth is also very good here. HR is really good and responsive. Salary is on time, even in this pandemic situation. Management understand employee's needs. The work culture is very good here. The team members are quite helpful. Company is providing work from home facility during this covid period.

Don't have free food facilities in office. Also there is no pick-up and drop facilities.
