Here are some points that I like about the company. 1. There is no deduction in salary even during lock-down. Everyone received her or his entire salary although number of client went down during these period. 2. Since CEOs are open to suggestion, you can suggest new things and they are always ready to implement it if it is helpful one. So you have a lot of learning opportunity. 3. Another very good point of this agency is work-life balance. You have your leaves and you are free to take it. Even long holidays are approved with shortest of notices. In early March 2021, I took 3 days leaves for a family engagement. And then my holidays to Sikkim in 20th march approved has been approved with 7 days of prior notice. 4. Everybody in the organization is very friendly. You can even approach top management if required. They take the time to listen to you and guide. My experience so far is very good in this organization. I have it all here Work culture, Career Growth, Work-life balance and satisfactory compensation.

What I miss here and which are very very important 1. There is no health insurance which is must for all. 2. Little quicker reply of emails from top management.

During pandemic we got our full salary and also got to work from home, and we are still doing so. The management is pretty open and friendly. The seniors are very supportive, and there is plenty of work-life balance. We have clear HR policies also.

There is no place for performing else because there are so many projects. In this covid situation, we would like health benefits.
