Working here waste of your time you can't grow your career. Think 100 times befor you join. They treat you as by own national and religious F&B department. I worked in life sation more than one 1 year. Service treat to guest as by country and tips. I can't share here some things as professional view. Good brand but they made horrible.

Likes

During this Pandemic they terminated staffs and one who are left we're unpaid leave with food allowance. However, I feel bad for those they terminated but already took their annual leave. They receive less gratuity as deduction of the annual leave they took in advance due to pandemic (in which most of them are newly-hired 3mos-9mos staff were deducted). There is also 1 staff her flight at 20:00 but at 18:00 she is still in the hotel waiting for her gratuity settlement. It's hassle for her in which she has to catch the 20:00 flight.

Dislikes

I feel discriminated in my workplace. There is department manager only choose specific person to work in the department. In which it is unfair he should make a rotation so every staff can still work and paid even a short period of time as long they receive salary other than food allowance to provide their family.

Likes

The company is willing to help their team members to develop their skills in which they are pushing hard the staff to learn new things by training them well. I also like the E-Learning campus in which we will be able to see,learn and understand every departments job and tasks.

Dislikes

The only thing is that since the hotel is new so we spent our own internet bill but then was divided by us. It will be more fantastic is it will be shoulder by the company.
