Work environment is good.Teammates and colleagues are good , supportive & carry. Organisation offers good salary hikes every year.

Management may design profile of present employees with good salary structure rather than offering good packages to entry level of new entries.More scope for work on structure of Bonus and variable pays . Accommodation facilities like equal to None. Appraisals may be more super finer if HR person personally attend the reviews.

Company culture is very good. All office always support for every where. Company policies are very good. Good work place and good Environment .

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is lot of politics and management doesn't issues.

Well, first I would say I've been in technology department for one and half years and soujanya Company has always been an industry leader in innovation and community-friendly and culture. I work in an area that interests me and inspires me to learn.

Poor communication is a big problem in the workplace between employees and manager.
