Worst work culture, terrible work life balance, terrible hr policy, worst management, bad politics, PNPC level, work quality, work safety bad, put own money to company for site work, no proper rules is there every time rule is changes according to top management. I disliked due to when I applied for a leave on urgent family issue the company do not give approved after several requests and i resign from my post bcz company don't understand my issue ,and then company wants from me 3 months salary to pay pay,i declined and company will take legal action notice from court.pls don't do work anyone because your problem don't understand by the company if you want any urgent leave .the policy of company is very disgusting and bad.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
