Worst workplace I have ever seen in my life. In 8 months time I moved from my role and joined some other company. Too much politics involved from top management, mid level employee. Too much focus on old employees but never bother to involve new people

SVF Entertainment is a space for learning and dozens of young people are employed on a daily basis.

...anent members without a lot of work experience. 90% interns leave or are let go. The salary is very very low.

Work from Home, they supported in lockdown but deducted some % of salary also. Also if I get any other options this time, I will be ready to move, but need to serve 30 days notice periode.

You cannot have a personal life in SVF. If you are married or plan to have a kid after marriage, your job is at risk as you will be replaced or asked to leave the job. It happened with me as i was asked to put down my papers post my maternity leave. After working for 8 years in that firm this was the result for me.
