...lture with SOTC was free hand to work, management was not good full politics, Company Policies: For example While COVID 19 start, company made us WFH with 40% Salary for just 2months and in the month of May, we all received call from our senior head saying that from now onwards please resign the post, we'll provide 1month salary n FnF and also once COVID 19 gets over then we'll first give preference to all Ex-Employees to re-hire. But after 2years for Long Lockdown last month I received a call from SOTC for re-hiring with same 2years back salary, I said ok to rejoin but till now I didn't receive any call back from HR, when to join or for further procedure.

After giving them 9 years of long service, I never receive proper salary hike or designation, Reason from their side every appraisal was the management been changed or Team Leader been changed, we'll see your for coming year and then decide for appraisal. This year we can't do anything, This commitment was for every year and every year Team Leader or Management changes and Says That This Year we are on Loss.. But They'll hire staff from outside with higher salary and that staff need to be trained by our end for a month or 2.. This was the worst h thing with SOTC Management.. Feedback from my side that Company SOTC as A Brand Is Not Worst, The Management and The Senior who are working there play More Politics at the time of Appraisal and demotivate the experience and deserving staff.

...nchise owners are misguided by SOTC Management hence they treat employees badly. If you are a Franchisee staff expect salary on 15th and sometimes u will get on 20th (if they give cheque). They want sales people. Dont give a damn about service and you will end up in consumer Forum. Very risky if you have existing clients. SOTC has worst service when it comes to FIT. Need to work on Sundays in the name of Holiday Bazar. You need to lie and sell. The more you lie here the higher you go. To be honest men lies with mouth and Ladies here lies with manager to get promotion. Worst culture.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work for 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
