There is a bond of 3 months notice period at time of resign.

Job Security is good, Salary comes in time. If fresher good to be there for a year and half and look for better opportunity. Others stay for a year and switch

No career growth unless you butter, work life balance is poor, lack of exposure, convergence and communication at work with other stakeholders
