Very Toxic environment, they do mentally harrasment continuously and socially embarass

They didn't accept my resignation and didn't release my salary...they terminated 6-7 people and didn't release their salary too.

The best part of this company is the fact that the employees and the owners are young and therefore it's easy to interact and relate to them. Also, a lot of added benefits were provided to us like taking us for outings, having regular parties and recreational activities which instilled a team spirit in all of us. There were no strict rules yet everyone did their best for their work. The seniors were also very understanding and hence we were able to develop a personal relationship with them. The only thing that mattered was the work, no matter how you do it but should be done on time. There was enough leniency and still not too much.

Dislikes

The only thing which I did not like was the salary. I felt I was underpaid. During lockdown, I was denied my full salary inspite of me asking for it due to my personal problems. It was thought to be greed and some malicious intention.

We have learnt something new on the daily basis n always ready to take new challenge and resolve it.

Dislikes

If you are new joiners, there is no guarantee, you are safe zone. Company will anytime threw out of the office without any notice.
