There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

There's no work life balance, they pay so less and make you work for hours, company's work culture is so bad, you get weekly reports displaying in scrums and cat calling, ceo is very rude , no support if you're stuck somewhere, your collogues are burdened with so much work that even they will try to avoid you to explain. They don't have many experienced people so no proper guidance, their sole motto is to hire freshers and make them work hard in pennies.

They hire freshers but expect them to work like highly experienced professionals, making the work environment stressful. The head is very rude and terminates employees whenever he wants. There’s no opportunity to learn anything as they expect you to work all day. Freshers, think carefully before joining this company.

does not recomended to work here they just say flexible work , but u are working for hours . i was working for more then 1 year when i ask for experience letter they blocked me
