-6 days working(Roaster basis) -very less salary -not much to learn -No/very less opportunity for growth(promotion) -Too much office politics -Some Managers are just there for roaming around, talking all day, gossiping and involved in office politics -brain draining job -Headeachs due to use of headphones

There are many things that are like-able at Sony like our team mates are very helpful, the working environment is very comfortable we get many things to learn from our trainer

There are few things that you should dissertate...Our salary is very less the way work we dont'n get the pay in That way

Culture of company, logical and descent policies of company, support of seniors l, instant resolution of problems.

Noting much just salary is somewhat lower that market, a little issue in work life balance sometimes I had to work without taking any weekly off for whole month
