Sonata was a good organisation until the new management took over the organisation and made things worse.

As the Management changed, Sonata has a new policy where if an employee is in bench for more than a month, then they are paying 50% of the salary. This is utter nonsense. An employee who is completely dependent on an organisation every month, if the organisation pays half a salary then how would the employee manage? If the organisation has no projects with them, it’s not employees issue. The management should be responsible for that. The company is not stable. Sonata recruits new employees every year just for the sake of publicity. They are forcing contract employees to leave their organisation quoting “they don’t have projects”.

Salary cut to 50% , for one month bench employee. Managers are not good and you have to be available 24/7 for work and to receive their pH. calls. Higher management should release manager who doesn't know proper management. Half salary if you will be bench for one month. They will hire you and in one month if you will not get project they will cut your 50% of salary. Don't join to ruin your career.
