Sonar is best organisation till date , whatever be it colleagues , work environment, Boss, learning, opportunities. A person can grow fairly in Sonar if willing to. I am grateful I joined it. I can rate it much better than Even Google.

Best organisation to work with. The environment is very friendly and flexible working hours. The best part about our organisation is our management. They listen to everything and always try to decide things in employee favour.

Sonar is Great Work environment. Managers are very help full to improve skill and very understood. Easy to manage personal and professional life with Sonar.

Few Technologies That Sonar did not work at the moment which should be incorporate.

The main important thing is the healthy enviornment between the team mates and there is lot of learning involved which obviously helps an individual to grow. There are on site opportunities involved if you will work harder in your field.

Dislikes

There are no such dislikes about sonar technologies. Normal things such as sometimes work pressure is high.

Politics, lack of vision, highly biased culture, relatives working there who would directly report things to their uncle in top management sitting in Sydney, Australia. Local managers are not being consulted and a decision is forced upon, team lacks quality.
