Work exposure, learning about new things, learning how to manage set of goals and to achieve them in meaning time.

Dislikes

Work pressure, work culture, not satisfied with salary, not friendly nature of colleagues, non- technical work done by technical person, not good store management.

Plant planted on main hiway but in villages so labour is available at low salary. 70 to 80% employees on contract basis. Permanent employees salary is too less. Canteen quality is also not better. Work pressure is low on labour.

Low salary and fasility for company employee.

I like that tractors ind Ltd working place or job is very good and very hard full job

This company politics or management does problem, or salary Starcture very poor quality, or carriers growth is very Bellow

Good work environment and culture.company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.
