Old age people with zero achievement play politics with new joinees and do not give chance to them to meet with Super Top Management. Every time make false promises with management and after failure, put blame on new comers

HR involvement is totally zero. Salary structure here is not good. They hire like someone is buying cheap products from the market ( at as much less as they can). No KRAs. No trainings. Lunch facility is not available. Plant teams never support regional teams. Management must respect and take care of there precious employees. There approach towards employees is like - let them go, we have money we will hire someone else. These things company should take care. It will not only build trust also it will make employees to work by heart.

To many paper work Top management poor approach for work Poor increment IT is very worst departments they are not doing anything on time. I got my laptop after 1 month after so many approves. HR not responding anything after handover you to relevant department.
