Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

... voucher GSTR 3B stock statement TDS Rejection entry. It's also in just 6 month. So who have interest in learning the new things about accounts for them our company is so good with worthy salary. ESI and PF is also there in our company.

Our company is having so many braches so some of work pressure will be there this is only one thing I dislike about our company. And ours is manufacturing industry so work from home is not available.
